Outstanding customer support. These folks really go the extra mile, and I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

I placed an order and paid for express shipping, but my item didn’t show up when it was supposed to. Then, about five days later, I got a message saying they realized the product was damaged while leaving the warehouse. That was way too late. It should've been sent out at least five days prior, and I ought to have been notified about the issue back then so I could sort something else out. Because of this, I couldn’t get a different item in time for my planned event. On the bright side, I did have some email exchanges with Cooper Cases, and they were nice in their replies and issued a full refund. Still, I reckon it would’ve been a lot more useful if they had let me know about the problem sooner.

Not long ago, my Cooper Backlight Executive Case keyboard began acting up and really hindered my productivity. I reached out to customer support to explain my issue, and after reviewing my case, the Customer Experience Specialist, Gaby, swiftly decided to send me a replacement. It arrived at my doorstep in just 3 days! Now that's the kind of service that turns me into a 'Raving Fan' for Cooper Case!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I don’t usually give kudos to a company just for meeting their product claims. I bought it because of those claims; they came through; I paid up. We’re square. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. That’s what Cooper Cases does. Their product is stunning. The stitching is top-notch. The keyboard is a breeze to use. Bluetooth connects without a hitch. I used it with my Kindle 7 just as much as my laptop. However, the keyboard on the right side started acting up. A customer service rep on Cooper's site asked a few questions and suggested I test the keyboard with a different device. The issue didn’t go away. She assured me they would fix it. The following day, she informed me that a replacement would be sent from their USA branch. I received the new keyboard in just two days. This company offers cases for all kinds of tablets. If I ever get an iPad or a Samsung tablet, I’d definitely choose a Cooper Case.

Cooper Cases are just what I was looking for, unlike anything else out there. I'm already on my second one since I really wore the first one down. It still does the job, but my wife said it’s time to be a bit more professional and grab a new one.

This item had visible glued spots, and I ended up using a black marker to hide the damaged parts. My earlier purchases of the same product were just fine, so this was a letdown.

They really exceeded my expectations by swapping out my broken case even though the warranty had run out. Every person I talked to was courteous and professional.

I tried another brand, but it was all floppy, tough to carry when it was open, and would collapse, making the tablet fall flat. Plus, it kept losing the Bluetooth connection with the keyboard. I just got the Cooper Infinite Executive case/keyboard, and my first impression is that it feels way more solid, keeping the tablet nice and stable, plus the leather-like exterior is way nicer. It’s adaptable for various tablet sizes. So far, I'm really impressed (even though it costs twice as much!) and totally worth it!

This seller really stepped up to swap out a damaged item. The speed of their replies and genuine care for my happiness earns them an A+. I’ll surely shop with this company again. They truly prioritize their customers.

I got a Cooper Executive Backlight Keyboard Case. I misplaced the ENTER key and needed to get a new one. I contacted Cooper, and they got back to me the very next day. I sent over the info they asked for. To my amazement, within a week, a shiny new Cooper Case showed up at my door. 🤗 The customer service was top-notch!! I'm really pleased and absolutely love my Cooper Case.

If only all businesses were like Cooper Cases! Their service is top-notch, and when my item was out of stock, they explained the hold-up. Then, once it was available again, they let me know it had been shipped. Kudos to them! It even arrived sooner than expected. Truly fantastic service!

I really dig this case for my tablet, especially with the keyboard. It worked like a charm! When I faced an issue with the tabs that held the tablet, their response was top-notch and they replaced it right away. I'm totally into the illuminated keyboard. I plan to grab another one when I upgrade to a bigger tablet. Their customer service was superb, keeping in touch until I was fully happy.

I only received one of the two cooper cases I ordered on January 16, 2022, for order number CC5584. I'm curious as to why the blue 10-inch case hasn't shown up yet?

I’m not Kay, just to clarify. I placed an order for two cases and thought they’d come together in one package, but you sent them separately, and I’m still waiting on the second one. If the problem was that the color I wanted wasn’t in stock in Canada, someone oughta have contacted me to talk about different color choices.
